The
legend shows the degree of risk of malaria throughout Cambodia. Battambang
province is noteworthy for the fact that within its borders are the most
highly drug resistant forms of malaria in the world. Strung Treng province,
on the other hand, contains areas which are considered to have the highest
risk of malaria in Indochina.
